turn the knob

knob is a new gui object for PD based on the IEMGUI-Vslider included in PD. It is now an external instead of a patch and I fixed one bug.

It was written by Frank Barknecht with help by Olaf Matthes and chris/x/CK (0.37 fixes!) reusing very much IEM code by Thomas Musil.

Latest version is available in the CVS.
