GetToLac2005 - travelling arrangements, rides

as you may know, we will be streaming the entire conference live over the net. like last year and the year before, there will be ogg vorbis audio streams and IRC channels to allow remote participation in discussions and q&a sessions. for the first time, we are trying to cover the main auditorium with an ogg theora video stream as well.
